Who are your clients?

How is Executive and Transition Coaching different from life coaching?
Achieving leadership or transition goals enable you to reach your full potential in your career and as a leader. While we focus on how you can be your best self in the workplace, and how you impact your team and organization, inevitably these new-found discoveries positively affect your life because balance and harmony is so important to living a happy full life.

How can I be confident you understand my company and my function?
While my industry experience is very broad and I bring to our coaching a 25 year career in Executive Search across many industries, it is important to know that you are the expert in your industry and functional area. My job in supporting you is to offer an objective thinking partnership, challenging when necessary yet always committed to your success.
How long are your Coaching Programs?
Together, we develop a plan that is specific to your goals and then find a path for you to unlock your potential in reaching them. Long term coaching typically encompasses 24-30 sessions and we would work on one or more strategic goals. Short term coaching typically includes 12 -16 sessions and we would focus on one strategic goal.
What is the structure of an ongoing Coaching Engagement?
Coaching engagements start with one or two sessions focused on your background and how your life is holistically balancing at that time. If desired, we will include assessments. I will ask questions designed to prompt your thinking about your professional and personal development and what results you would like to achieve through coaching. Future meetings will be weekly or bi-weekly and throughout or engagement, texts and email exchanges, and reviewing of documents are included.
Besides your Coaching Certification, what other experience and certifications do you have?
I am also certified to deliver psychometric assessments, including Hogan and MBTI. My advanced training in mastering powerful coaching include The Power of Embodied Transformation (Coaches Rising) and ACE Journey to Mastery (WBECS) and Leadership in Action (Strozzi Institute).
